LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - With schools out for the summer, the community of southwest Little Rock is aiming to engage kids in special summer programs.
Members of the community are working together to offer high quality learning opportunities that will engage children and youth all summer long.
City officials expect to serve more than 150 kids this summer with books and materials provided by Clifford the Big Red Dog and AETN.
Their goal is to keep kids off the street and help end summer learning loss.
