LR police arrest 3 in Kitchen Express shooting

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Around 11 p.m. on Monday, Little Rock police responded to reports of a shooting at Kitchen Express on Asher Ave. 

Police questioned two gun shot victims, Mailk McDaniel, 20, and Shaneice Ervin, 19, at CHI St. Vincent and Fitzgerald Moore, 25, at UAMS.

Moore was uninjured, but there was a third gun shot victim at UAMS.  The third victim, Demetrice Johnson, 25, was in surgery and was not questioned

Police arrested McDaniel and Ervin during the investigation, they were charged with felony endangering the welfare of a minor.  Police said that McDaniel and Ervin's child was in their parked car during the time of the shooting. 

Police also arrested Moore for aggravated robbery.  Johnson will charged with first degree battery and one count of aggravated robbery. He will transported to authorities after he is released from the hospital.
