Man accused of killing father, robbing grandmother in custody

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (KTHV) – A man accused of killing his father and robbing his grandmother at gunpoint has been arrested in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Arkansas State Police said Dustin Heath Burrow, 29, of Brinkley, is now in police custody and is charged with capital murder and aggravated robbery. He is charged in the death of his father, 62-year-old Carl Lynn Burrow, and the robbery of his 91-year-old grandmother, Vaudean Burrow.

According to state law enforcement, Burrow was found shortly after 7 a.m. by Colorado Highway Patrol Troopers near a homeless shelter after they found his truck along I-25.

ASP said special agents are traveling to Fort Collins for an extradition hearing.
