Man fined for deadly 2015 hit and run accident

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A man has been convicted and fined for a deadly hit and run that happened in Little Rock in 2015.

In August of 2015, Kevin Linsley cut through a gas station parking lot to try and beat traffic on Rodney Parham Road. That's when Linsley hit Ian Canham, dragging Canham more than 100 feet as he kept driving. Canham died at the hospital due to the injuries sustained from the accident.

Linsley is ordered to pay $6,000 but will not serve any jail time for the hit and run accident.
