Easiest Salmon Recipe Ever

4 ounce portion of salmon

½ lemon

Lemon pepper seasoning

Coat the salmon in lemon juice. Sprinkle on the lemon pepper so that there is an even coat on top of the lemon juice. Cook at 425 degrees for 24 minutes.

Baked Grapefuit

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash and cut the grapefruit into halves. Cut along the skin and sections to loosen the flesh. Drizzle one tablespoon honey on top of each half. Sprinkle some cinnamon. Bake for 15 minutes. The edges should be starting to brown when done.

Mini Fruit Trifle

Lite Cool Whip

Berries of your choice (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries)

¼-1/8 of an angel food cake sliced into cubes

Layer berries, Cool Whip, and angel food cake. Repeat this twice in a large water goblet or wine glass.
