Police: Arkansas man kidnapped, bound 2 girls

LINCOLN, Ark. (AP) - Police have arrested a western Arkansas man charged with kidnapping two girls and binding them with duct tape.

The Lincoln Police Department charged 22-year-old Damian Kelley with kidnapping, second-degree battery and third-degree battery on Tuesday.

Police say Kelley pulled a 15-year-old girl and a 9-year-old girl into a ditch on Monday. They say he shoved a sock in the mouth of the older girl and showed her a pornographic photo.

Police tell KHOG-TV that the girls were able to untie themselves and seek help. Police say they found a roll of duct tape, used pieces of tape and an open package of socks at the scene.

Kelley is being held on $75,000 bond in the Washington County Detention Center. Online jail records did not indicate an attorney.
