Police searching for suspect in Little Rock's first bank robbery of 2017

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - For the first time this year, the Little Rock Police Department are investigating a reported bank robbery.

According to police, the man entered the Centennial Bank at 2922 South University Avenue around 11:20 a.m. He then presented a note to the teller which indicated he had a gun and demanded money.

After receiving the money, the suspect exited the bank and headed north.

Police say the suspect is described as weighing roughly 200 to 210 pounds and standing at 5'6".

He has a tear drop tattoo under his right eye and marks on his ears to indicate he wears gauges.

Little Rock police advise the public to use extreme caution as they consider him armed and dangerous.
