Junktique Sale happening April 5

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – The Junktique Sale, held by Catholic High, is coming up Sat., April 5.

The event is going on at the school on 6300 Father Tribou St. from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and there is no entry fee. Here, you can buy a lot clothing items for a low prices, and even put as much as you can in a Kroger paper bag for $5. In addition to clothes, you can find furniture, books, toys, baby items, household goods, washing machines, dryers, bikes, exercise equipment, crystal, jewelry, and china.

Each year the school holds a homeroom contest where the students bring in donations for the event; this is a way of kicking off the sale and gets the students excited. The school is accepting donations from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and volunteers will be on hand to help unload cars and trucks; the item donated are tax deductible so be sure to ask for a tax receipt form.

By this time next week, the two gyms, the front lobby and outdoors will be filled with many treasures and bargains.
