Defense attorneys for Gary Dunn want to speak with Jennifer Dunn. Prosecutors argued that Jennifer Dunn doesn't want to speak or meet with defense attorneys but Circuit Judge Bill Pearson ruled that the defense is entitled to the woman's address.
Dunn is charged with capital murder in the December 2005 beating and slashing death of the 19-year-old Dirksmeyer in her apartment in Russellville. His trial is to begin April 12 in Clarksville.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
