Dr. Randeep Mann is charged in a February 2009 attack that seriously hurt Dr. Trent Pierce of West Memphis. Prosecutors say he planned the bombing after the medical board restricted his right to prescribe narcotics.
Mann also faces several counts of possessing unregistered weapons. His wife, Sangeeta, is accused of obstruction and perjury. Mann faces up to life in prison if convicted of the bombing charge. His trial began nearly a month ago.
The jury will resume deliberations at 9 a.m. Friday.
