Randeep Mann trial: Jury to resume deliberations Monday

    • Jurors spent the second full day considering whether to convict Dr. Randeep Mann, who is charged in the Feb. 4, 2009, bombing outside the West Memphis home of Dr. Trent Pierce.

    Deliberations are to resume Monday.

    The explosion badly injured Pierce. Prosecutors say Mann planned the attack because he blamed Pierce for the loss of his license to prescribe narcotics.

    Mann faces up to life in prison if convicted. He is also charged with weapons and obstruction counts.
