Jurors declined to comment after convicting Mann of using a weapon of mass destruction in the February 2009 bombing that nearly killed Dr. Trent Pierce. But jury notes filed in court after the verdict show that the panel asked five questions, most of them dealing with the federal weapons charges that Mann faced.
One jury note asked for the audio cassettes with recorded jail conversations between Mann and his wife, Sangeeta. Another note asked if jurors could examine a machine gun that Mann was accused of illegally possessing.
Mann could face a sentence of up to life in prison.
