U.S. District Judge Brian Miller on Wednesday granted a request from Dr. Randeep Mann to delay his scheduled Dec. 10 sentencing. Mann's attorneys asked for the delay because of a scheduling conflict and so they could have more time to prepare.
Mann faces up to life in prison for the February 2009 bombing outside the West Memphis home of Dr. Trent Pierce. He's been in jail since his arrest in 2009.
Miller scheduled a new sentencing date for Feb. 28 at 1 p.m.
