CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) -- Conway family members of a doctor's alleged murder victim are speaking out.
We are speaking with Trey Elliott, the son of Carter Elliott, about the recent developments in his father's case. A doctor convicted of kidnapping his ex-wife is now facing murder charges.
Richard Conte, 61, was close to being released from a Nevada prison in the kidnapping conviction of his ex-wife. Prosecutors have now charged him with two murders from 2002.
Conte is charged with killing Timothy Robertson and Carter Elliott. Elliott was the former husband of Conte's ex-wife.
