CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) -- A man wanted for two murders in Arkansas is back in the state after extradition from Nevada.
Richard Conte is accused of killing Carter Elliot, 48, and Timothy Robertson, 25, of Conway in 2002.
He served nine years of a 15-year sentence in Nevada stemming from the kidnapping of his ex-wife Lark Gathright-Elliott, who was also the ex-wife Carter Elliott.
He is expected to go before a judge Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Faulkner County Courthouse.
