BENTON, Ark. (KTHV) -- Authorities have another woman in custody in connection with the death of Joe Lee Richards, Jr.

Myra Terry, 53, was arrested Friday afternoon and charged with hindering apprehension during the investigation of a missing person and homicide of Richards from Oct. 8, 2010 to date, as well as abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.

She is the second arrest in this case. Marissa Wright, 50, is behind bars facing two counts of capital murder: one for Richards, the other for Randal C. Anderson whose body was found in her backyard on Wednesday.

Lt. Kevin Russell with the Benton Police Department says Terry is a live-in home healthcare worker and was arrested without incident Friday.

Earlier Friday, the second body found at Wright's home in Traskwood was identified as Randal C. Anderson from the Mabelvale area. He would have been 53 this year.

Saline County Sheriff Bruce Pennington says he's never seen a case like this. "It is unusual, surprising for something like this to occur in a county our size. Even though our county has grown a lot it's one of those type things we don't see daily and I'm thankful for that."

Joe Lee Richards had been missing since October 8, 2010 but no one ever reported Anderson missing, and he's been gone for four years.

Pennington says "We're looking at approximately 4 years. His last address was Mabelvale, Arkansas...never was reported by anyone!"

This investigation is ongoing which could result in additional charges on Terry and Wright. Other parties associated with this crime could also be charged at a future date.

Investigators believe that there are other individuals that have information on this case and they are strongly encouraged to come forward.

Anyone with information should contact the Benton Police Dept. at 778-1171 or 315-TIPS.
