BENTON, Ark. (KTHV) -- The Saline County Sheriff's Office says they have made an arrest in the Traskwood bodies case.

Jay Beeson, Jr. of Benton is in custody charged with capital murder and kidnapping in the death of Randall Anderson of Mablevale.

The bodies of Anderson and Joe Lee Richards, Jr. were found buried in the backyard of a Traskwood home owned by Marissa Wright. She is currently charged with murder.

Myra Terry, 53, is also under arrest in connection with this case and charged with hindering apprehension during the investigation of a missing person and homicide of Richards from Oct. 8, 2010 to date, as well as abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.

Joe Lee Richards had been missing since October 8, 2010 but no one ever reported Anderson missing, and he's been gone for four years.

The investigation is continuing but the Saline County Sheriff's Office anticipates this case being completed and turned over to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office soon.
