LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The Conway man accused of killing two in 2002 was scheduled to appear in court today.
Officials say, however, that prosecution asked for a continuance. Richard Conte's next appearance is scheduled for April 24.
Conte was charged in August of 2011 with the 2002 shooting deaths of Carter Elliot and Timothy Robertson at Elliot's home in Conway. He pleaded not guilty.
