CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) -- A judge denies a motion to dismiss murder charges against a former doctor.
Richard Conte is accused of killing Carter Elliot and Timothy Robinson. Authorities charged Conte back in August with the 2002 shooting deaths in Conway. He has pleaded not guilty.
Prosecutors filed the charges two days before Conte finished a kidnapping sentence in Nevada involving his ex-wife.
He's scheduled to go to trial July 10 for the deaths.
