JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) - KAIT reports that police have arrested Michelle Despain in the 2011 murder of her husband, Marc Despain.

Prosecuting attorney Scott Ellington tells KAIT that Despain was arrested and charged with capital murder. She was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon.
