LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- There's a big decision looming for Arkansans come November. We just learned this week a medical marijuana act will be on the ballot.
We've taken a look at the act and what it entails. The health department would be responsible for setting the rules and overseeing 30 dispensaries across the state and for issuing ID cards for patients. Only certain ailments would be covered like HIV-AIDS, Tourette's, PTSD and cancer.
