LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Six jurors have been chosen for the retrial of a former Little Rock police officer who is on trial in the death of a 15-year-old.
The jurors were seated on Wednesday, two days after jury selection started on Monday. Six more jurors and two alternates are needed to fill the jury for Josh Hastings' case. His original trial ended in a 'mistrial' in June, when the jury was deadlocked.
Hastings is accused of killing Bobby Moore III during a suspected robbery. He claimed self-defense, citing that he thought the teen was trying to run him over with a car. Hastings has been charged with manslaughter.
