Police say a California man who apparently abducted and killed a 13-year-old Faulkner County girl before killing himself showed great care in his methods. That has led officials to say today they suspect the suspect had kidnapped other children as well.
Police revealed today that Kacie Rene Woody and 47-year-old David Fuller each died from single gunshot wounds.
Conway Police Major Mark Elsinger says Fuller's methods indicate he knew what he was doing. Elsinger said -- quote -- "There weren't a lot of missteps made or sloppiness on his part. There was some planning done here."
The bodies were found at a storage shed in west Conway that contained a van Fuller had rented.
Elsinger said the girl's body had been bound, and was in the back of the van where a seat had been removed. He said Fuller's body was in the seat next to the van inside the storage unit.
Elsinger said police suspect the girl was sexually assaulted.
Autopsy results are pending. The investigation is continuing.
