Six months after his daughter was stolen, a Faulkner County man is speaking out. 13-year-old Kacie Rene Woody was abducted six months ago by 47-year-old David Fuller of San Diego, California. She met him in an internet chat room. She was taken from her home in Holland. When police cornered Fuller at a Conway mini-storage, they heard a gunshot. Police say he had kidnapped the young girl, murdered her and then shot himself. Rick Woody says the past six months have been tough. The Woody home is now like a shrine to Kacie, who her father refers to as an angel. Rick says each day is different and he tried to stay busy. He adds that he did all he could to monitor his daughter's internet chatting. He even talked to those who she chatted with, including their parents to make sure everything was O.K. Now, his main focus is getting the word out to parents and teens about the dangers of internet chatting. Woody will be honored by the FBI on Monday. He says the FBI continues to investigate Fuller and other abductions he may have been involved in.
