He appeared in drug court today in Fayetteville where it came out that he'd been golfing with a buddy over the weekend and was spotted drinking beer in public.

That's against the rules of his drug court agreement over a cocaine charge.

The judge sent Matt to jail.  He will remain behind bars until Sunday morning.
