A large backhoe sat on top of the rubble Monday of the small home where Little Rock television station KATV anchorwoman Anne Pressly once lived.
All that remains standing is a light post with the home street address, 4910, on it.
Dump trucks pulled up to begin loading debris from the home and take it away.
On Oct. 20, Pressly's mother found her badly beaten inside the home. Pressly died five days later at a Little Rock hospital having never regained consciousness.
The owners of the home could not be reached for comment. City officials say there was no demolition permit to destroy the home.
