Police Chief Carry Manuel says 38-year-old Gary Wayne Parks was arrested Monday at his home in the Memphis suburb of Germantown for capital murder in the death of 62-year-old Dr. David Millstein.
It was not clear whether Parks had yet hired an attorney.
Millstein's body was found June 18, 2006, at his home in Mountain Home.
Authorities are releasing few details about the case, including a possible motive or whether there are additional suspects.
