Sangeeta Mann argued her charges aren't related to those her husband faces. Dr. Randeep Mann was indicted earlier this year in the February 2009 bombing that injured Dr. Trent Pierce.
Sangeeta Mann also argued that the jury would be prejudiced against her because of the charges her husband faces.
U.S. District Judge Brian Miller rejected her motion Wednesday, finding the charges "allege participation in the same series of acts or transactions."
Miller has not ruled on a defense request to delay the couple's scheduled March 15 trial.
