Suspects rob two Little Rock stores, shoot one clerk

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – Early Monday morning, three suspects robbed the Freeway Mart at the 7000 block of Baseline Road in Little Rock.

One of the suspects was armed with a semi-automatic handgun and fired two shots at the clerk.

The suspects demanded cash from the register, and they knocked down several displays. 

Two of the suspects are described as being from 18- to 20-years-old, and the other is described at around 17-years-old.

These same suspects attempted to rob Asher One Stop less than 40 minutes later.

There, one suspect shot the clerk. However, the victim was taken to the University of Arkansas for Medical Science and is expected to make a full recovery.
