Two Ark. men arrested after 6 cars stolen from Benton dealership

BENTON, Ark. (KTHV) – According to Benton police, tips given by citizens to detectives led to the arrest of two men in connection to the recent theft of multiple cars from the Everett Pre-Owned dealership.

At about 2 a.m. on Sunday, video surveillance cameras at Everett Pre-Owned on Military Road in Benton began picking up activity on the lot, which later led to the breaking and entering of the Everett building.

Multiple keys were stolen from inside the building and later six vehicles were stolen off the lot.

On Tuesday, detectives received quality tips regarding the identity of the suspects and location of vehicles involved. Those tips led to the arrest of Cory Jay Garrison, 24, and 26-year-old Zachary Ryan Keltner, both of Little Rock.

Garrison and Keltner are each facing charges of commercial burglary, theft of property, criminal mischief and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

This is an ongoing investigation. Additional charges and additional arrests are expected.
