Update: Man arrested in connection to Little Rock bank robbery

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Little Rock Police have arrested a man in connection with Saturday's bank robbery.

According to Lt. Sidney Allen, the man is now in custody following a bank robbery at the Simmons Bank on 7401 Cantrell Road around 11:30 a.m. He was apparently caught on Indian Trail after a lengthy pursuit; he complained of chest pains and was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.

The suspect is 47-year-old Ronnie Hudson of Little Rock. He is facing charges of aggravated robbery and felony theft of property with possible additional charges.

Allen said the man entered the bank, pulled out a weapon, and the teller complied with his demands. He ran off immediately afterward.
