Your guide to Fourth of July fireworks shows

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Fourth of July weekend is about to be underway!

For many people, Fourth of July means cookouts, trips to the lake and of course fireworks. To help you plan your holiday weekend, we have compiled a list of fireworks shows throughout Arkansas.

Food, Fun & Fireworks -- This event is July 4. There will be free hot dogs, chips, and bottled water starting at 6 p.m. Kids can enjoy a magician and a Kids Zone. A patriotic program will start at 7 p.m. Fireworks kick off at 9 p.m. No pets, bikes, skateboards, or coolers are allowed at this event. It will take place at 1111 W. Maryland Ave in Sherwood. This event is free.

34th Annual Pops on the River -- This event is July 4 from 3 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. in downtown Little Rock. There will be free activities for kids, a marketplace for shopping, food trucks, music by the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, the Oh Say! Can you Sing contest, and much more! Fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m. This event is free.

Big Bang on the Range -- This will take place July 4 from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. at the Jacksonville Shooting Sports Complex. There will be inflatables for kids, concession stands, and lots of fireworks. This event is free.

Fireworks Frenzy -- This is happening July 4 and will start at 8 p.m. This is held in the Grand Ballroom Terrace of the Little Rock Marriott. There will be live entertainment, part bites, a cash bar, and activities for kids. The cost is $25 for adults, $10 for children ages 11-18, and $5 for children 10 and under.

Firework Watch Party -- July 4 bring your family to the USS Razorback submarine in North Little Rock to enjoy a fireworks show. The event starts at 7 p.m. and will end when the fireworks are over. The submarine will not be available for tours, but you can tour the exhibits. Tickets are $10 at the door.

Independence Day Bash -- July 1 Benton is hosting it's Independence Day Bash at the Saline County Fairgrounds form 5:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.  There will be helicopter rides, food, rides, bounce houses, live music, a zip line, trackless train, Build-A-Bear, and more. This event is free except for the helicopter rides and food.

Maumelle 4th Fest -- Maumelle's Fourth of July celebration will happen on July 4. This event will take place from 4:30 p.m. until after the 9:30 p.m. fireworks are over. There will be a parade, vendors, concessions, games, performances, inflatables, cardboard boat races, and more. It will be at Lake Willastein Park in Maumelle.

4th of July Island Festival -- The DeGray Lake Resort State Park will be having a festival on July 4. There will be games, activities, kayak races, water relays, a watermelon eating contest, and a Freedom 5K Fun Run. This event is free.

Fun on the Fourth -- Pinnacle Mountain State Park will host an event on July 4 from 9:30 a.m. until 12 p.m. There will be water balloon volleyball, sprinkler tug-of-war, relay races and more. This event is free.

Fireworks Over Harbor -- The Park in Harbor South will have a "red, white, and blue party" all day July 4. It kicks off at 9:30 a.m. and ends after the 9:30 fireworks display. There will be a four wheeler parade and a flag raising ceremony. This event is free.

Frontier 4th of July -- July 4 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. the Historic Arkansas Museum will be hosting patriotic activities. There will be a mini-parade, pioneer games, and more. This event is free.

The Fireworks Spectacular -- In Hot Springs at Magic Springs and Crystal Falls you can enjoy a firework show from 9 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. on July 2.

Independence Day Fireworks -- At Lake Hamilton you can watch a fireworks display at dusk on July 1. There will also be fireworks at the same time at the Brady Mountain Resort on Lake Ouachita.

Fireworks at Dickey-Stephens Park -- On July 4 you can watch the Travs take on Corpus Christi and enjoy fireworks from the stadium. The game starts at 5:30 p.m. Tickets range from $6 to $12.

4th of July Extravaganza -- Beebe is hosting a Fourth of July celebration at the Beebe Ballpark on July 4 from 4:30 p.m. and will end after the fireworks show that will start at dark. There will be free food, popcorn, ice cream, snow cones, watermelon, face-painting, water slides, and live entertainment. There will be free shuttle service from ASU-Beebe (Owen Center) to the ballpark. This event is free.
