LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) --- There's been talk of doing away with the penny, but no one has figured out exactly how that would work.
Well, the restaurant Chipolte had already figured out how to do it without telling customers, and was making some angry.
The Mexican grill was rounding customers' totals to the nearest nickel; sometimes in the customer's favor, and sometimes in the restaurants favor.
They have since stopped the practice and now will only round off in the customers favor. How do you feel? Do you agree with the practice? Should they have told customers?
