LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- In the C-block, we're going to be talking with Ed Barham with the Arkansas Department of Health.
Today, we're talking about unity. All through September, the Health Department has been hosting Unity Month. Each Thursday, they're host seminars about various issues facing minorities in Arkansas, including health care. September 12 there is a seminar on religion at 1:30 p.m., September 20 is about workforce at 12:30 p.m. and September 27 about gender/sexual orientation at 12:30 p.m.
And in addition to the seminars, coming up Friday is a fun event called Food for Thought. It's Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at War Memorial Stadium. Everyone is invited, it's free and they'll be plenty of food and fun.
