LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Here at the first of the year we've already talked about getting fit and losing weight and a lot about health care reform. And today in the C-block we're sort of talking about both.

American's blame fast food and accessibility to unhealthy foods for the nation's obesity epidemic and a new poll finds that we are split on how the government should help curb the obesity rate.
