Historic pottery molds sit in the attic of the Middleport Pottery as the process of moving them continues on October 16, 2012 in Stoke on Trent, England. The Prince's Regeneration Trust have begun work on the regeneration of this historic industrial site to include a cafe, gallery and heritage visitor center. Over 19,000 pottery molds are being removed for safe keeping to the old Spode pottery site in Stoke town center. The dust covered molds by pottery firm Burgess, Dorling and Leigh, date from 1888 and removal is expected to take up to 12 weeks. The factory was in danger of closure until June last year when it secured 7.5 million GDP of funding from the Prince of Wales's Regeneration Trust creating over 50 jobs for the area.
