Fans line up for Justin Bieber concert

Lines began forming before one Thursday afternoon for the Justin Bieber concert in Little Rock Thursday. Young girls and their parents were lining up in hopes of getting front row seats for the concert as early as 8 a.m. for the 7 p.m. show at the Verizon Arena.
