The Harrison Daily Times reports two men were caught late Friday with more than two dozen "Vote Dry" signs and were charged with misdemeanor theft. A 16-year-old was arrested for stealing "Let's Get Wet" signs.
Authorities say plenty more signs have been stolen with no one getting caught. Harrison police and the Boone County Sheriff's Department say they have been flooded with calls reporting sign thefts.
