LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Little Rock police have a man in custody, wanted for allegedly killing a man at a nightclub on Christmas Eve.
Police say Edward Lee Thompson III was arrested Jan. 24 and charged with capital murder. He was arrested at a home on McDonald Circle in Little Rock.
Thompson is accused of killing Richard Ratley at the Discovery Disco. Police say Ratley's brother, Tyler, was being beaten and robbed by at least three people and when Richard went to his brother's aid, he was shot.
The suspects left in a red Chrysler P/T Cruiser, which was found five days later at the 1600th block of H Street in Little Rock.
