OZARK, Ark. (AP) - Authorities in western Arkansas say two people suffered minor injuries when the small plane they were in crashed while trying to make an emergency landing in Ozark.
Sgt. Brent Scott with the Franklin County sheriff's office says the pilot was taken to a hospital for minor injuries after Friday's plane crash in a field near the airport in Ozark. Scott says the only passenger in the four-passenger plane also had minor injuries - but was not hospitalized
Scott says the single-engine plane came in without power and either overshot or missed the runway at the airport.
