CABOT, Ark. (KTHV) - A Cabot man is facing drug charges after traffic stop.
Deputies with the Lonoke County Sheriff's Office say Thomas Merrell Howard, 35, was stopped Tuesday on Highway 31. He was found to have a suspended license and outstanding arrest warrants from Lonoke County, Cabot police, and Pulaski County.
As investigation continued, deputies say they located a smoking device and a plastic bag containing with what is believe to be methamphetamine.
Howard was arrested for possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, outstanding warrants, and driving on a suspended license.
