LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- When, in the course of human events, a news story becomes a positive or negative moment on televisions across the land, we call them winners, and losers. Let's do this:

WINNER: Barbie. 82 of the little darlings in various poses now populate the Historic Arkansas Museum as a part of their eclectic collector series. Always smiling, never gaining a pound, always well dressed, and perfect. Barbie now showing in downtown Little Rock.

WINNER: Arkansas women in politics. There are more women seeking seats in the Arkansas legislature than ever before. 41 are on the ballot.

WINNER: Sloane Roberts, the 2012 Miss Arkansas. Roberts is from Rison but she competed as Miss Heart of the Ozarks. She'll be a senior at the U of A and is a Communications major.

WINNER: General Patricia Anslow makes history as the first female general of the Arkansas National Guard. Barbie, women in politics, Miss Arkansas, Female general. Are you sensing a trend this morning?

WINNER: Mary Erdman becomes only the second woman commander in the 94 year history of the American Legion in Arkansas. A proud moment for our state, but the American Legion in New York probably didn't like what they saw.

LOSER: The military cemetery in Hudson, New York. Flags started disappearing off graves so police hid cameras in trees and discovered it was a woodchuck!

LOSER: A reporter in Grand Rapids, Michigan was doing a live shot when a random cat decided to make a cameo appearance by jumping onto her shoulder from behind. Nicole DiDonato later tweeted "Learned my lesson: Never making eye contact with a cat before a live tease ever again."
