FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Police say a man suspected in this week's shooting death of a Fayetteville woman has been arrested in Ohio.

Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor says Eric Frankenhauser was arrested by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office in Ohio. He was arrested on suspicion of capital murder and first-degree battery charges.

Police arrested Frankenhauser in the death of 39-year-old Jessica Stewart, who was found Sunday suffering from a gunshot wound outside the Fayetteville home she shared with Frankenhauser.

She died Monday at a Fayetteville hospital.

Authorities did not know if Frankenhauser had an attorney or when he'd be returned to Arkansas.
