LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- The American Red Cross In Arkansas is opening a shelter for self-evacuated residents seeking a haven from what was Hurricane Isaac.
The Red Cross has disaster teams on alert statewide in the event response is needed to provide disaster relief as the now Tropical Depression Isaac moves across the state tonight and tomorrow.
The shelter is at Pleasant Valley Church of Christ at10900 Rodney Parham.
