BRYANT, Ark. (KTHV) - A man is under arrest for allegedly pulling a gun at a Bryant Starbucks.
According to police, the victim was sitting in her car in the drive-through line at Starbucks at the Alcoa Exchange while a car was waiting to back out of a parking space.
As the car started to back out of the space, police say the victim honked her horn to get their attention so they wouldn't back into her car.
Police say the passenger of the car and the suspect, Brandon Kyle Sanders, started to yell at her to move her car, but she told Sanders that she couldn't move because she was in line with nowhere to go.
The press release from police says Sanders became very angry at this point, pulled a gun out and pointed it at the victim. According to her statement, he told her to move her car or he would kill her. She immediately called police.
Authorities say Sanders and the vehicle were able to back out and leave the scene.
Sanders was found at his home in Benton where he was arrested. Police found the gun, which was actually a black semi-auto Phantom Air Pistol. Authorities say it looks like a real gun.
Sanders is charged with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor terroristic threatening, and misdemeanor obstruction of government operations.
