LANSING, MI (CBS/WLNS) -- This weekend, Lansing held the 1st Great Lakes regional Beard and Mustache Championship.

The competition was held Saturday night. Beards, muttonchops and mustaches were on display.

There was even an event for fake beards on women.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Haven House Family Shelter and the Lansing Cultural Exchange Program.
