LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- It's a sad fact of life that as people grow older, and older, their health and their ability to care for themselves begins to fail.

According to the "National Clearinghouse for Long Term Care Information," 21 million people required long-term care services in 2008.

In Monday's C-Block, we talked with a Medicare coordinator for Briarwood Nursing who explained why it's important to plan ahead for long term care and Medicare.
