LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - 23 selections and it has to be narrowed down to one. That's the task for Little Rock's Tech Park Board.
Members met Wednesday at Baptist Hospital to make sure the public is familiar with the proposed sites and to lay out a plan for how to narrow it down.
They'll be following certain criteria and hope to have it down to three or four by next month's meeting.
Here's a list of the proposed sites:
37.5 acres on John Barrow Road across from the Sid Mc-Math Library, offered by Faithland Properties.
41 acres on Roosevelt Road from Cross Street to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, offered by Roosevelt/Wright Corridor Planning Group.
10 acres, with the possibility of expansion, from E. 6th Street to E. 8th Street between College Street and Collins Street, advocated by a group that includes the University of Arkansas Clinton School for Public Service, Moses Tucker Real Estate, Heifer International and other partners in that area and proposed by the World Services for the Blind.
39 acres at 25616 Arkansas 10, offered by Colliers International.
12.32 acres on Kramer Street, one block off University Avenue and Colonel Glenn Road, offered by Coldwell Banker Commercial real estate.
