LITTLE ROCK (KTHV) - A Little Rock man is in jail after a federal raid on a home turns up guns and explosives.

We can tell our viewers that the FBI and ATF teamed up on this raid. Both agencies canvassed a home in Little Rock Wednesday morning off Chicot Road, leaving one man in jail and neighbors just totally baffled.

"We're trying to piece together what's going on," Resident Correna Hampton said to another neighbor.

Neighbors along Bunch Road in Little Rock were buzzing Wednesday afternoon.

"Who? I don't know," Hampton said to a neighbor.

They're longing for answers over a start to the day, rattling their nerves.

"That just gives me goose bumps, just even thinking what could happen," Hampton said.

Correna Hampton lives next door to the property raided under a search warrant Wednesday morning by the FBI and the ATF. An ATF spokesman says crews found guns and explosives but wouldn't say how many.

"I would have never ever have throught of that, ever," Hampton said.

We do know authorities arrested a Michael Parker who they had under federal investigation. Speaking to us off camera, his wife calls this raid a set-up. As for prior activity here, Hampton just noticed lots of coming and going.

"Tow trucks coming and going which I don't understand why they would be coming, a U-HAUL truck pulling a black trailer," Hampton said.

Neighbors, like Verber Marshall, didn't notice anything until Wednesday.

"I've been thinking about it all day long about what went on down there because normally it's pretty quiet," Marshall said.

And knowing what agents found, Marhsall said, "I'm kind of, I'm scared a little bit."

She's feeling uneasy about home and not alone with the neighborhood still buzzing.

Today's THV tried to get some more details on this case from authorities but they told us that we have to wait until after Parker's first court appearance in federal court. We are told after that happens, certain documents will be unsealed and available for the public that will shed more light on this case.

Parker is scheduled to be in court at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Little Rock. His charges include a felon in possession of firearms and explosives.
