LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- A special meeting of the State Banking Board is scheduled for November 1, 2012.

According to the Arkansas State Bank Department, the Board will hear an application by Centennial Bank in Conway to merge Premier Bank in Tallahassee, as well as any other business.

The meeting is set for 10 a.m. at the Bank Department on Hardin Road in Little Rock.
